Built by Intercorp Development in 2002, the construction is a wood framed building with a colorful stucco exterior. 235 Market features very unique floor plans varying between one and two bedrooms, with many featuring a den. All units have upscale appointments and one or two private balconies with dual glazed doors. Highlight of 235 Market are location and the prices. The complex contains some of the most moderately priced one and two bedroom units in the usually very exclusive Marina District. The location is in the heart of everything: Across the street from Ralphs grocery store, two blocks from the Gaslamp District, several blocks from Petco Park, and very close to Seaport Village and the Bay access. Since the complex is of wood construction, it is recommended to closely analyze shared common walls, due to noise attenuation issues. Interior courtyard units will be more private and quieter than the street facing units right on the busy Market street.

Atria Condos, Lofts, Homes for Sale are located at 101 Market, between First and Second Streets and Market and Island. The Atria complex comprises an entire Marina District city block. Developed by Hammer Ventures in 2005, Atria is a 149 unit complex with 11,400 square feet of commercial space on street level. In addition to its location in the heart of the Marina District, Downtown’s premier residential neighborhood, this complex is also within walking distance to Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp District. It offers midrise Studio, Loft, 1 bedroom Condo and 2-3 bedroom Townhome living with sleek, urban floor plans. The Brickyard: a smaller complex located in the middle of the Marina District on  G Street.  Brickyard has only 18 very contemporary and unique units.  The complex was developed and built by The Brickyard Joint Partners in 1996, while Architect Jonathon Segal designed the outside look of the building.  Architect Joseph Wong insured that the floor plans in the complex tend to be on the larger size for Downtown square footage, and it retains a very urban open feel.  The ground floor units all feature large outside patios, while the upper floor units feature large open loft spaces accessed by spiral staircases.  All units in the Brickyard complex are unique, each with their own floor plan and style with some units being quite traditional, others with an open loft plan complete with concrete floors.  The units at the Brickyard complex are rarely available for sale, as homeowners love their investment.  The prices in the Brickyard complex are expensive due the location and square footage.

Cityfront Terrace

Cityfront Terrace Condos, Lofts, Homes for Sale can be found in one of Downtown San Diego’s most distinguished and recognized properties.  Cityfront Terrace is centrally located in the Marina District. This 11 Story High-rise Tower has a very sophisticated and urban design.  Cityfront Terrace was built in 1993 by Developer Crescent Heights, and is one of the largest all brick buildings on the West Coast.  The complex has a very interesting history.  Ahead of it’s time for Downtown urban living, the developer had a-lot of trouble originally selling the units.  As a result, the complex became urban rental units.  A priority in the development of CityFront Terrace was the extensive use of space, resulting in units with larger square footage. Every room is generously proportioned to accommodate larger furniture and artwork. The Townhomes have soaring, two-story living rooms.  Loft homes in the Soap Factory Building have 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, and exposed heavy timber post and beams. Tower residences have floor-to-ceiling bay windows to let in the views and natural light. Tower units also feature room-size terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining.  HOA dues in CityFront Terrace are on the luxury level.  This complex has some of the best amenities in Downtown which include: Valet Parking, Two Pools, Community Rooms, and Full Time Concierge and Security staff.  Because the complex is older, each of the units has a different state of remodeling and updating.

CityWalk Condos, Lofts, Homes for Sale are located on the corners of State and Union in between G and Market Street in the heart of the Marina neighborhood of Downtown.  It is a mid-rise complex of wood and stucco construction and was completed by The Olsen Company in 2003.  HOAs are moderate relative to other downtown properties.  Investment opportunities and selling features of CityWalk include: the complex has an appeal to homeowners who want to live in the heart of Marina District, the building has a classic urban look with two very quiet and peaceful interior courtyards, the complex features many two-level town home units, two-level loft units, and the floor plans are moderately priced yet feature large square footages.

Columbia Place is located between G Street and Market Street in the Marina District of Downtown San Diego.  This building is just minutes walking distance from the famous Gaslamp District, Horton Plaza Shopping Center, the Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, cruise ships, and PetCo Park home of the San Diego Padres. Columbia Place is a four story condo with 102 units built in 1989. The units are from 755 square feet to 1048 square feet.
