East Village

The East Village, also known as the Ballpark District, historically served as an industrial and warehouse center. However, it is now downtown San Diego’s largest neighborhood encompassing 325 acres, from 6th Street to 16th Street-over 100 city blocks.  The greatest growth will be experienced here in years to come with thousands of homes and new office/retail space.

Petco Park, home field of the San Diego Padres, leads the long list of infrastructure development in the neighborhood. Construction is underway for the new Main Library-a 10-story, 400.000 square foot landmark. With a completion date of summer 2013, this newest development will provide civic pride and infrastructure value to the East Village Condos and Lofts.   Throughout the East Village artist’s lofts, studios, galleries, restaurants and shops are scattered among residential units ranging from charming to contemporary. The vibe of this neighborhood is one of a trendy urban lifestyle that spills over in to its creations-present and future.

179 condominiums, 256 parking spaces and 11,800 square feet of retail space. Alta residences feature window walls with lots of natural light, large private terraces, and rooftop decks, all enhancing the phenomenal views Alta offers.  Downtown’s dynamic skyline is the home to residents here.  Spectacular views both day and nightof the sparkling city lights and scenic beauty of the San Diego Bay.  Refined interior finishes include hardwood floors, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, designer selected fixtures and finishes, and lifestyle upgrades will allow you to personalize a home in the sky.
